Redeemer Preschool is a non-profit, non-denominational preschool and childcare program that was founded by the Church of the Redeemer (member of the California Episcopal Diocese) in response to a growing need in the community for quality early childhood education environments.  A new facility was built in 1994 to provide quality preschool education for up to 85 children ages 2 through 5. We are located in the peaceful Glenwood neighborhood with a beautiful, natural setting.

Our school operates year-round from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  A morning preschool program is offered from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with extended care before and after.  Special classes such as music, movement, karate, magic, cooking and language arts are offered in both the morning and afternoon sessions.

Our program builds upon children's individual interest and abilities while offering them an inspiring learning environment.  We maintain small class sizes and low child-to-teacher ratios to ensure that individual needs of each child are met.

The preschool is obtaining accreditation from the National Association for Education of Young Children http://www.naeyc.org a certification of program excellence.
